Rao Inderjit Singh, Hon’ble Minister of State, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India in the august presence of Sh. Deepak Jain, Director General, FII and Sh. Sanjay Gupta, Former President, the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. The fact that there are 2,11,109 LLPs registered as on 30th June 2021 indicates that LLPs are increasingly becoming popular business structure in India.
